The Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. Breast Biopsy Reimbursement Hotline helps
providers, payers, medical billing staff, and healthcare professionals answer
questions about coding, billing, and reimbursements for percutaneous breast
biopsy procedures.

What you need all in one place
Call toll-free, 888-750-1242, between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm (ET), Monday
through Friday. With just one call, you will receive answers to your insurance
and reimbursement questions.

What to expect
When you call, you'll reach a Breast Biopsy Reimbursement Specialist ready to
answer your questions. If you call after hours, you'll be asked to leave your
name and telephone number and a Specialist will contact you within one
business day.
The information provided by the Breast Biopsy Reimbursement Hotline is meant
to help you understand the reimbursement process. Its intent is to assist
providers in obtaining appropriate coverage and reimbursement for healthcare
services rendered. We strongly suggest you consult your payer with regard to
